The location was perfect for our stay in Columbia. The staff at the desk were very friendly. Our call from the room was answered promptly and the issue taken care of.

nothing was fixed and was handed the gm card then told he would take care of my problem and no one did even told the front desk and Im not happy this is not a Marriott I would ever be going back to .Room Hot and toilet never stopped running for the next guest I pray you fix room 7022 told breakfast included not abs we could not believe the carpet needs cleaning closet smelled stale very upset and Rachel the supposedly front desk manager never reached out Franklin was the one who gave me the cards said she would be willing to speak with me ! really wow this is so unlike our Nariotts we have stayed on and we were there for a award ceremony and I cant believe construction and noise the teams that won for the South Carolina Game cocks great however respect I did not need to see there dirty laundry in front of our floor elevator really? I was told By Franklin not his concern and cant control what the other guest do thats just wrong because they should take notes from Greenville Marriott it was immaculate and too not service amazing why are you not ? then found out your not a corporate own Ed Marriott there it is ! the difference your franchised !
